What hurts?
Serbian makes the body part the subject: Боли ме глава. With plural parts use боле: Боле ме леђа.
Боли ме стомак.
My stomach hurts.
Symptoms with имати
имам температуру, имам кашаљ, имам алергију. Say лоше ми је when you feel unwell generally.
Имам температуру и кашаљ.
I have a temperature and a cough.
At the doctor's
Go «код лекара» — код + genitive. A doctor may ask «Шта вас боли?» and tell you «Отворите уста» or «Одморите се».
Морам да идем код лекара.
I have to go to the doctor.
Medicine and the pharmacy
апотека is a pharmacy, лек is medicine. Use треба ми: Треба ми лек против болова.
