   • V případě odmítnutí zájemce z důvodu naplněné kapacity lze do oznámení uvést, že poskytovatel nemůže uzavřít smlouvu o poskytnutí sociálníslužby z důvodu nedostatečné kapacity, ovšem že je tento zájemce zařazen do evidence žadatelů a co to pro něj prakticky znamená.

     In the event of rejection of an applicant due to full capacity, the notification may state that the provider cannot conclude a contract for the provision of social services due to insufficient capacity, but that this applicant is included in the register of applicants and what this means in practice for him.
