   • Adaptaci na kulturu a prostředí organizace (dané ošetřovací jednot-ky, zdravotnického zařízení) Ize definovat jako proces vyrovnávání se s podmínkami, ve kterých nový zaměstnanec podává pracovní výkon a stává se členem skupiny, což zahrnuje jeho přirozenou identifikaci s cíli a hodnotami organizace.

     Adaptation to the culture and environment of the organization (given nursing unit, medical facility) can be defined as the process of coping with the conditions in which the new employee performs work and becomes a member of the group, which includes his natural identification with the goals and values of the organization.
